The organising committee invite all presenters to submit an abstract. Presenters accepted for a research or technical/ industry presentation can submit a paper for inclusion in the conference proceedings. This paper will be subjected to double blind peer review. Abstracts requiring peer review must be submitted by March 4th.

Submission of a paper is not required as a pre-requisite for presentation. Abstracts for standalone papers and presentations not requiring peer review may be submitted until 30 April.

Once you click SUBMIT ABSTRACT you will be re-directed to Oxford Abstracts where you will create a profile and upload your abstract review. 

 If you have been invited to submit a full congress paper for peer review, please upload it by visiting your Oxford Abstracts profile and submitting your paper on your unique submission ID.
